Border guards found a stalker from the Moscow region in the ChNPP zone.
Last night, while patrolling the exclusion zone border guards of the Ivankiv department, together with the National Police, found a young man who entered the Chernobyl zone for the purpose of extreme tourism, bypassing checkpoints.
The extreme tourist turned out to be a citizen of the Russian Federation, a resident of the Moscow region for 24 years. A foreigner entered the territory of our state legally through one of the car checkpoints.
Representations of the police under the violator under Art. 46-1 “Violation of the requirements of the radiation safety regime in areas exposed to radioactive contamination” of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Administrative materials were sent to the court for a legal decision. In addition, the issue of reducing the period of stay of a foreigner on the territory of Ukraine is being resolved.
The State Border Guard Service once again appeals to citizens and reminds that the exclusion zone is a controlled territory, and therefore illegal tourism and recreation in this area is prohibited!
