Pripyat’s second hospital was purely for the care of children and infants.
Inside, the walls are painted with children’s cartoon characters of the time, and there were toys and games for the patients to play.
One interesting thing about this hospital is that it has two swimming pools, for rehabilitation of patients. One has a very old and now rusted lifting crane for disabled people.
