Pripyat had a large supermarket that had many products available for sale that it was impossible to buy anywhere else except special cities such as here and Moscow. There were even items available in Pripyat that you couldn’t buy in Kyiv.
The ground floor was all sorts of food and other products, while upstairs was mainly furniture and large items.
